A star shown over Bethelem
That night so long
God has sent his only son
To save our restless souls...

Over the years his miracles
Saved many a wretched soul
He took the men who were only half
And then he made them whole

Three wisemen bearing gifts
Travelling from afar
Following the brightness
Of that heavenly star

They found a tiny baby boy
In a manger made of hay
They knew he was the king of Kings
As he so humbly lay

Our saviour died upon the cross
He gave his life for you and me
His precious blood was spilled that day
And from our sins we were set free

Jesus fed the hungry
He loved the sick and poor
He cherished all his children
He did a whole lot more

As we celebrate this holy season
May your hearts be filled with love
May you and yours be truly blessed
