CHAIN SNAKE

Ingredients
construction paper
scissors
glue
goggle eyes
Method of Preparation
Cut out 15 pieces of construction paper into rectangles that are 3 inches by 1/2 inch.
Make a circle with one piece of paper and glue the ends together.
Make the next circle but loop it through the first, glue the ends together.
Continue until all the strips are used. Draw a snake's head and cut it out of the construction paper.
Glue to one end of the chain. Attach eyes with glue.

DRAGON PUPPET

Ingredients
several Popsicle sticks
assorted colored construction paper
glue
gold and red glitter
markers
ribbons
2 large wiggly eyes
hole punch
brads
Method of Preparation
Make the dragon’s body: Cut out several circles from
construction paper. Decorate the circles with the glue/glitter
and markers. Attach ribbons to dangle off the body. Let dry.
Make the dragon’s head: Method one-Cut a circle larger that
the ones for the body larger circle. Method tow cut out a large
circle with a long snout on one side to resemble a dragons head.
Glue on the eyes and decorate. Once everything has dried its
time to assemble the dragon. Glue one Popsicle stick to the back
of each body circles leaving a handle, it will resemble a
lollipop. Punch a hole in the left and right sides of the
lollipop, overlap on part with the other and insert brad and
close. Use the same process with the head. |
